Boat tour on the lake with fishing (optional), swimming, visit to tribe village or fishing village.

Trip departs at 9:30 am and returns at 5:30 pm apron. The boat takes us to the first stop which is the fishermen island. Here you will have a chance to explore and observe how the lao fish men work. After that, the boat takes us to the shore and here you can observe spectacular mountain scenery.

From here we will go to another island where lunch will be served. There will be further opportunities for swimming or fishing in the afternoon. Then the hill tribe village on the shore of the lake is visited. This gives us a unique insight into their  lifestyle. After that the boat will take us back to Tha Haue Village to explore local food at the market and then come to Vang Vieng

    I’ll go to laos next december during sea games. I need some infos…

    1. how far this lake from vientiane? 2. how long to get there?
    3. how much for rent a wooden boat for fishing?
    4. Is it need “licence” to go fishing there?
    5. What kind of fish for fishing?
